Hi Vir,

Yes, there are several local registrars for you to choose from. For purchasing a domain, I would recommend web.com.ph and page.ph.

For hosting, the best and cheapest by far is http://www.jollyworkshosting.com. I’m currently using their VPS Starter to host 7 websites. You can get a 1 year hosting (with Free domain) for USD 10.00.
